Cross Fables polished and updated (v2.0 available)

As we gear up for IDEAG on January 19th and enjoy the much-needed free time the holidays have given us, we’ve been revisiting our games—both the ones published on itch.io and those still in development.

It’s crazy how, even after reading a short rulebook dozens of times (over months and with multiple people!), there are always typos or misplaced verbs to fix... 😅

The first game we’ve revised and polished is CROSS FABLES. After tons of playtests and great feedback from players, we’ve added an appendix to help players who might not be as familiar with narrative games.

For those who already know the game, we’ve made sure that, starting from the very first turn, the “Beginning” role can use the phrase “This is what happened, but...” Small tweaks that we hope will make the experience more enjoyable for everyone!

In the coming days, we’ll also be reviewing THE LAST BATTLE and all the prototypes we’re bringing to Parma.
